OL. Northern Iowa. player. 59. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Trevor Penning. 29

Trevor Penning made a name for himself at the Senior Bowl after flying under the radar early in his career. The Northern Iowa star had a big week at the Senior Bowl and plays with a mean streak that fits right in with the NFL.

A lot of changes are coming to Miami, but Tua Tagovailoa is still presumably the quarterback of the future, and protecting him with a powerful lineman like Penning would be smart for the long term — even if Tua doesn’t work out.

Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. S. Daxton Hill. 30. Michigan. player. 124

It’s weird not seeing the Chiefs in the Super Bowl, but that’s what happens when your defense falls apart against one of the league’s bright young quarterbacks in Joe Burrow. Fixing that so it doesn’t happen against with a top-tier defensive back like Daxton Hill would be a safe move.

Hill is one of the best athletes in the class and has an endless motor on defense. He’s a safety but he’s great in coverage and his versatility is a plus. He was a big proponent in Michigan’s turnaround this past season.
