Offensive Line

Starting left tackle: Richard Gouraige
Backup: Michael Tarquin

Starting left guard: Ethan White
Backup: Will Harrod

Starting center: Kingsley Eguakun
Backup: Richie Leonard

Starting right guard: O’Cyrus Torrence
Backup: Jalen Farmer

Starting right tackle: Kamryn Waites
Backup: Josh Braun

This is an offensive line that is going to have some experience, but it was not consistent last season. Billy Napier decided to bring in some transfers and got some recruits, but there is work to be done.

Richard Gouraige is going to be back at left tackle and he had a decent season in 2021. Having experience at left tackle can be a good thing with a new head coach. Left guard Ethan White is also going to be returning and he might be the best of this group. Another returning starter will be center Kingsley Eguakun. Where the questions lie is on the right side of the line.

At right guard, look for Louisiana transfer O’Cyrus Torrence to be the starter. He leaves Louisiana as a pretty high-caliber starter, but being an offensive lineman in the SEC is a big challenge. Another Louisiana transfer, Kamryn Waites, is likely to be the right tackle in 2022.

Napier was able to develop good offensive lines while at Louisiana, so there is hope that this unit can be better in 2022.
