ACC: Clemson Tigers

The Clemson Tigers will have the crown of the Atlantic Coast Conference placed atop their heads once again, and the reason for this is no different than it has been in the past: no one else in said conference can compete with them.

Of the Tigers divisional opponents, by far the biggest challenger is North Carolina State, and Clemson is fortunate enough to have them in Death Valley for 2022. The only other standout in the Atlantic division would be Wake Forest, but they proved last year that they are no match for the Tigers in the world of college football, regardless of how good they are.

When it comes to the league in its entirety, the biggest obstacle for Clemson would be North Carolina, as they have an outstanding head coach in Mack Brown and the second-best 2022 recruiting class in the conference (behind only the Tigers).

Could there be a setback with Clemson’s recent loss of coordinators? Yes. Will that be enough to keep them from winning the ACC title for a second-consecutive season? Probably not.
