10. NC State: Wolfpack have chance to win late

Predicting that the No. 10 team in the country will have a shot to beat the No. 5 team in the country doesn’t seem super bold, but many are already counting the Wolfpack out against Clemson, especially on the road. I think Clemson ultimately wins, but a late Devin Leary interception while driving to take a lead will crush the upset chances.

9. Oklahoma State: Spencer Sanders comes back down to earth

Obviously if you’ve gotten this far, you’d know that I have already predicted an Oklahoma State loss to Baylor. A big reason for that will be Spencer Sanders struggling against the Bears’ defense. He’s had a near-perfect start to the year but he’s going to come back down to earth with a completion rate hovering around 50 percent and a couple of big picks.

8. Tennessee: Bye week

Obviously no bold prediction here, but the Vols are guaranteed to stay undefeated in Week 5.

7. Kentucky: Never really feel like they’re in the game vs. Ole Miss

Kentucky is technically the “underdog” according to Vegas against Ole Miss on Saturday but there are Wildcat fans who believe they’re going to run away with this one. Not so fast. I think Ole Miss controls the game from start to finish and Kentucky will never really feel like it’s in the game. The final score may be within one score, but it’ll be because of a late score that makes it look closer.

6. USC: Caleb Williams throws five TD passes

Caleb Williams did not have his best game against Oregon State but he came up clutch when the Trojans looked to be dead in the water. He’s going to bounce back in a big way against a bad Arizona State team with no head coach, throwing five touchdown passes and three of them will go to Jordan Addison.
