Losing Quentin Johnson to the NFL is going to be a tough blow to this offense, especially when you consider the Horned Frogs are also going to be starting a brand new quarterback with Max Duggan moving on as well.

The offense is going to look very different next season, but luckily they have a really talented second-year wideout on the roster who’s ready to break out.

Johnson and Taye Barber are gone, but one of my favorite receivers on the TCU roster heading into next season would have to be former four-star and top-100 recruit Jordan Hudson. He was the top recruit in TCU’s 2022 class and was ranked No. 92 in the nation and he was the No. 15 receiver, per the composite.

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound target from Garland, Texas, had 14 catches for 174 yards and three touchdowns in his first season.

And he’s just getting started.

Hudson has the most star potential of any returning wideout in the receiving corps and he could become that next Johnson-esque pass-catcher for TCU.
