Running back: A

Only one running back and still an A grade? Well, I hate to break it to you (or I love to break it to you if you’re an Irish fan) but every recruiting class usually has one running back and one quarterback unless the roster is absolutely depleted.

Luckily, Notre Dame has Audric Estime returning as the projected starter along with Logan Diggs and Chris Tyree.

Add Jeremiyah Love to the mix and you have an elite room that won’t be lacking talent any time soon.

Love is ranked the No. 79 overall prospect in the class and he’s the nation’s fifth-best running back out of Saint Louis, Mo.

Allen Trieu of 247Sports is high on the back out of Missouri, comparing him to Saints star Alvin Kamara. He says that he’s a track star with size, explosiveness, and speed. He’s going to be able to catch out of the backfield as well.

Notre Dame got a really good back in Love.
