The Louisiana native and player described as “the LeBron James of football” doesn’t plan to take an official visit to LSU.

Dylan Moses was once considered a sure thing for LSU, but that was before last years coaching turmoil and disappointing loss to Alabama.

Now the Louisiana native and highly sought after five-star may be looking towards LSU’s rivals.

Moses took to Twitter yesterday to announce where he would be taking his official visits, and LSU, the school he was once committed to, is absent from the list.

Nick Saban, Mark Richt, Charlie Strong, Jim Mora, and Urban Meyer will all get an official visit from the No. 2 player in the class of 2017. (And you have to think that Harbaugh will find a way to shake his hand during that Ohio State vs. Michigan game.) This doesn’t mean that LSU has no chance to snag Moses, but it’s going to be an uphill battle now.

Maybe Moses isn’t taking an official visit to LSU because he’s from Baton Rouge and knows all there is to know about the program, Les Miles, his coaching staff and the game day environment?

Still, this seems to confirm suspicions that Moses isn’t high on LSU any longer. Moses was once considered a LSU lock, so this one has to hurt for the LSU staff.

Moses is certainly a very special talent, though it may be too early to start calling him “the Lebron James of football.”

LSU fans online are of course taking the news of Moses’ decision with their usual poise.  The LSU faithful badly want Moses to be a Tiger and they are even making very special art to try to convince him.

It’s like tweeting at recruits and an airbrushed souvenir license plate from Panama City had a baby.

Dylan’s pinned tweet doesn’t rule it out for LSU though; perhaps the mad hatter has a trick up his sleeve?

If Moses were to end up at Alabama at least it would finally give LSU fans a reason to hate Nick Saban.
