Texas Tech’s 41-38 upset of on-again, off-again and now completely off No. 1 Oklahoma was both ridiculous and sublime, writes Allen Kenney on BlatantHomerism.com. Reactions mostly landed in the ridiculous category. Troll Moron Media and fan backlash was immediate, and it was ugly. There were those calling for the firing of Sooner head coach Bob Stoops, since y’know, firing the guy who has led a program from the depths of FBS to five title games and eight BCS bowls is a good idea.
