    • The Arkansas Razorbacks enter this game after a disappointing, but expected, blowout loss to Auburn to open the season. Bret Bielema’s squad is still eager to prove that it’s back with the rest of the SEC West, and doing that starts with winning out of conference games. Junior quarterback Brandon Allen at least looked much better against Auburn than he did most of last year, and now this is a chance for him to get into a bit of rhythm with what should be an easy victory Saturday. If Arkansas is thinking of a bowl game, then this is one of those must-win situations. Nicholls State, unfortunately, is not the best tune-up game after it went 4-8 last year and was blown out by Air Force to open this year, though.

    Prediction

    Arkansas will dominate this game from start to finish. It will be such a blowout that delusional Razorbacks fans will think it means something and try to read into it. That will be pointless. Nicholls State is simply bad.
