Lil Jon Supports Tennesssee

The Vols have a supporter.

Thanks to Tennessee’s consistent shoutouts to Lil Jon with its “Third Down for What” phrases at Neyland Stadium, Lil Jon threw a shoutout to the Vols on Twitter. Then Lil Jon tweeted at the Vols and was impressed by the love Vols fans showed him.

The result of that is this video.

In a way, Lil Jon owes Tennessee. He is seen as the King of Crunk, but it was a Memphis based group, Three 6 Mafia, who started crunk music. Is this his way of paying them back? Showing homage to the state that made Atlanta what it is? Possibly.
