Mississippi State appeared on the verge of blowing everything they had worked for by losing to the worst team in the SEC West. With Arkansas up 10-0 and Dak Prescott hobbling all night, the Bulldogs had their backs seriously against the wall. And it took a heroic performance to save them.

Enter Josh Robinson. Robinson has been right there with Prescott over the past few weeks, putting up lots of yards on the ground and as a receiver. The running back was just as crucial as Prescott in the Bulldogs’ victory over Kentucky the previous game.

And he was the reason for the Bulldogs’ victory Saturday. The Mississippi State Bulldogs played good on defense, and Prescott came through eventually connecting with Fred Ross for a deep touchdown pass.

But the credit still goes to Robinson, who totaled 174 yards receiving and rushing with a touchdown to lead the Bulldogs to a closer than should have been victory.
