Saturday Blitz Vegas Big 12 Prediction: Kansas State Wins 30-28

Kansas State gets no respect. Their only loss is to Auburn, and they have beaten Oklahoma and Oklahoma State just like TCU. So on Saturday, they are going to march into Texas and take respect away from TCU.

The Horned Frogs play very inconsistent on defense and have struggled all year in that regard. What do you think a Kansas State offense with Jake Waters at quarterback, Tyler Lockett and Curry Sexton as receivers, and Bill Snyder as the head coach are going to do to it? They will do just enough to win on the road.

And as the offense puts up points, the Kansas State defense will do its part. This team held Auburn’s high-powered offense to 20 points earlier this year and has played pretty well on defense all season. It should be able to do just enough to limit Trevone Boykin and the TCU offense on Saturday.

With all that, we acknowledge that TCU is a great team and playing at home, so this could go either way, but Kansas State is going to pull it out in the end and prove that they are the best team in the Big 12.
