Saturday Blitz Vegas Big 12 Prediction: Oklahoma wins 41-7

Let’s see…this isn’t a big game for Oklahoma. It’s not a good team they’re playing. Trevor Knight is not starting at quarterback. Yep. Bob Stoops has the perfect recipe for his team to pull off one of their typical blowouts. And yes, this one is never going to be close. The Sooners will jump out early on defense, and the offense, particularly the running game, will have no trouble all day.

Yes, we know that Kansas out of their last two games won one and then almost beat TCU, a College Football Playoff contender. But both games were at home. Now, they’re back on the road, and the last time that happened that lost a game to Baylor 60-14. Although it’s kind of similar to what Baylor did to Oklahoma, the Sooners are still leaps and bounds more talented than the Jayhawks.

And they get this game at home. With no pressure whatsoever, Stoops’s team will have no trouble cruising to an easy blowout victory that doesn’t mean anything. Don’t tune into Fox Sports 1 from noon until about 3 p.m., which is the time period for this game being on.
