Saturday Blitz Vegas ACC Prediction: North Carolina Wins 52-17

We would like for the world to know that we have absolutely no respect for the North Carolina State Wolfpack. This team has gotten to bowl eligibility based on a pathetic out of conference schedule and beating Syracuse and Wake Forest. They have shown no signs of being good under Dave Doeren, just better than last year.

To truly go to a bowl game they should have to win Saturday. They won’t.

The North Carolina Tar Heels have found themselves and are playing in a rhythm right now. Marquise Williams is developing into one of the best quarterbacks in all of college football and possibly the best quarterback in the ACC.

But the biggest problem all year, the defense, has dramatically stepped its game up. And that is why the Tar Heels are 6-5 and not 3-8. Now, with their in-state rival that isn’t Duke also 6-5, both teams need this victory to assure that they go bowling.

And the team that has actually played people and is simply much better from a talent perspective will prevail in the end. UNC moves to 7-5 easily.
