10. Tie Between Texas A&M Aggies and Michigan Wolverines

Number of Rivals 100 Players Still Chasing: 4 perteam (1 5-Star, 3 4-Stars Each)

There was really no way to distinguish between these two schools, so they both belong in the Top 10, which means we are going to have 11 schools actually on this list. But a school that still has four Rivals 100 players still on its board has to be on any list like this, so neither team could be left off.

Jim Harbaugh has taken Ann Arbor by firestorm since his arrival. Brady Hoke had the Wolverines very far behind in the recruiting process, and in a month on the job, he has gotten them in play for some very good players, most notably Iman Marshall, a 5-Star defensive back from California. Harbaugh has three other 4-stars from the Rivals Top 100 in play as well, so with everything taken into account, a recruiting class that right now is down to No. 82 could move into the Top 20 if all goes well this week.

Meanwhile, Kevin Sumlin has Texas A&M in a very different place as he continues to work magic at the school going into his fourth year. With another Top 10 recruiting class, Texas A&M is right now ranked one spot ahead of Texas. And with the two schools fighting over 5-star running back Soso Jamabo, Texas A&M has three other 4-stars in the Top 100 in play, while Texas has only one, making it much more likely the Aggies stay ahead of the Longhorns. And they’re not just thinking of that. With already a Top 10 class, a great week moves them into possible contention for a Top 3 class. Let’s wait and see.
