5. North Carolina Tar Heels

I am already on record as saying I think North Carolina has too many problems chemistry wise to make any noise this year as I saw them give up at times last year. However this recruiting class is not something you can question as Fedora did a great job adding a high impact wide receiver in Juval Mollette, who has good size for the position at 6’4”, but needs to add a little more weight to avoid getting jammed at the line of scrimmage. Mollette has good top end speed that should allow him to be a consistent deep threat and with his size, should be a nightmare for defensive coordinators.

Another player that should help right away is Jalen Dalton, who at defensive end can help try and turn that defense into something that slightly resembles a good unit. Dalton has good length, but is a little lean so he will have to rely on quickness to make an impact this year. Dalton should probably be used as a rush specialist this year so he can put on the necessary weight and muscle to make him more successful in 2016.

North Carolina also added athlete Mike Hughes who should be either a cornerback or slot receiver who gets a chance to run with the ball as well. Hughes can run and has good vision to go with good instincts.

Overall very good job by Fedora, but I am not sold on their team as a whole this year, especially their defense.
