9. Virginia Cavaliers

Head coach Mike London is feeling some serious heat to deliver this year, and the defense certainly needs some help after losing key players to the draft and graduation. London however did a fantastic job at linebacker in this class plucking two sure fire starters that are ready to play right away in Jahvoni Simmons and C.J. Stalker. Both guys are physically ready standing at 230 and 223 lbs respectively, and both have the quickness and power to stunt the run. They also both have unique vision and comparable leadership abilities which is important for linebackers to have, as they are the guys calling out adjustments in game, and leading the huddle on the field.

Another guy who could be helpful is wide receiver David Eldridge  who has average size at six feet tall, but has good speed already with the chance to better that as his body matures and he gets into a regimented training program.

This class will definitely help Coach London, especially on the defensive side of the ball with both linebackers ready to play from the starting point, but the offense will still be a work in progress with no guys that are ready to be impact players right away.
