11. Colorado Buffaloes

Rivals Class Rank: No. 70 (Tied With Oregon State)

The Colorado Buffaloes tied with Oregon State according to Rivals, but they get to be ranked higher because there is at least continuity in this football program. But it might stop there.

Unfortunately, the Buffaloes do not compete in the Pac-12 North. They’re in the Pac-12 South with USC, UCLA, Arizona, Arizona State, and Utah. So having this recruiting class is not going to be helpful.

Head Coach Mike MacIntyre came close in lots of games last year, but this year he’s got to turn some of those games into wins. And with his extremely heavy pass-oriented offense, the biggest thing was upgrading on defense and special teams while getting more physical.

Colorado at least was able to bring in three offensive linemen and eight defensive players who could all contribute in the class, and there were skill players also added to fit the system, led by Patrick Carr, a fast running back who adds another element to the Colorado offense.

But even with all of those guys, there is not much to celebrate here. Colorado still looks like a bottom-feeder in the conference, and it is going to do them in.
