2. Georgia Bulldogs

You had to know the Georgia Bulldogs would be on this lists, you just did not know where. Since the online recruiting services took off in 2002, Mark Richt has been at Georgia. He started off nicely with SEC Championships in 2002 and 2005.

But Richt has made a habit of grossly underachieving with talent, and the fact that his program has not yet been able to sneak through and get a national championship is a really bad look at this point.

Since 2002, the Dawgs have had a Top 15 class every year, a Top 10 class 11 out of 14 times, and a Top 5 class three times. And they have multiple unranked finishes to show for it, no national championships, and only two SEC Championships.

That is a terrible result overall when you consider everybody who has gone through there. But every time the Dawgs have had hype, they have managed to screw it up somehow and someway. If it is not losing to Florida, it is losing to Tennessee. If they are on track to do something, a weird injury will kick in.

It is like this program is cursed. But unfortunately, it has just been underachieving.

So it Georgia is No. 2 in underachieving, who on earth is No. 1?
