If College Football Programs Were Rappers, Who Would They Be?

This is another program that benefitted heavily from the influx of new Florida Gators recruits. And Ludacris is another rapper who benefitted heavily from the growth of record companies in the South.

Both, though, are a bit more unique than their contemporaries. Florida has won and dominated in the past by running unconventional, entertaining offenses that nobody can figure out how to stop. Luda has done it through hilarious, witty verses that are also entertaining and cutting-edge but don’t appear to have real southern roots despite the fact that he is rapping over southern beats.

And unfortunately, both have fallen off of the map recently.

Still, Luda and Florida’s success from the past can’t be ignored, and they both have built empires on their own.
