Biggest Question: Will experience begin to show itself?

Forget quarterback play. No matter what anybody tells you, the LSU Tigers under Les Miles or Nick Saban or anybody else running the show have too many athletes to ever need more than a game manager under center.

And this upcoming year, for the first time in a while, LSU does not lose much talent. Nearly everybody is back, including the superstar running back Leonard Fournette, who really came on in the end last year.

So the question surrounding the Tigers becomes this: how can they handle the new experience, and will they show themselves to be a much more veteran team than they were this past year?

These are questions that can be answered in the spring, when you get to focus on the little things in football to continue to develop as a player. Spring practice for LSU, which is a much more veteran team now, could make a huge difference.

Youth is not an excuse this time around, and regardless of who starts at quarterback, everybody coming back has to use this Spring to get better. You’ll want to watch it to see if they do.
