Biggest Question: Can Nate Sudfeld get back into the offense back from injury and without Tevin Coleman?

Time and excuses need to be running out on Kevin Wilson and the Indiana Hoosiers football program. This past year, the Big Ten was still down, and his team couldn’t take advantage of Michigan or Penn State slumping.

The injury to Nate Sudfeld bought him more time as a legitimate excuse, so Sudfeld has to get fully healthy this offseason. His situation is similar to Lunt in Illinois, but Sudfeld never came back.

Now, with Tevin Coleman gone to the NFL, Sudfeld has got to take more of a leadership role and accept more pressure given the fact that the running back situation is not settled. Wilson might be forced to open up the offense a little bit more.

And with a defense that has never shown anything along with special teams, Sudfeld getting back with the offense is more crucial  than ever.

Another 4-8 season should not come close to cutting it in Indiana this year. You can trust that the Hoosiers will find another running back to step up given Wilson’s system.

Everything falls on Sudfeld to be able to do his part.
