Kevin Toliver is the next elite CB at LSU
With Patrick Peterson, Morris Claiborne, and most likely Jalen Collins, the LSU Tigers have pumped out first round corners better than anyone over the last decade. Kevin Toliver, the incoming freshman from Jacksonville will fulfill this prophecy in a couple of years, and it all begins this spring.
He has everything you want out of a corner. His size, fluidity, instincts, and athleticism are all exceptional and will translate to the college game immediately. The most outstanding thing about Toliver is his urgency to get to Baton Rouge and compete.
After winning the state championship, he said his mind was focused on the SEC. He started going over signals and schemes with coaches to get himself in the right position to win a job this spring. That determination paired with his natural ability will make Toliver a nightmare for SEC offenses over the next three years before heading to the NFL.
