Christian Hackenberg is primed for a Heisman run

Did you watch the Pinstripe Bowl last year? Christian Hackenberg put on a show against the Boston College Eagles at Yankees Stadium. He threw for 374 yards, four touchdowns, and zero INT’s.

Hackenberg has been expected to be the golden boy in Happy Valley since his freshman year and looked like just that in the Nittany Lions bowl game last year. Hackenberg has two WR’s he has great chemistry with in DaeSean Hamilton and Geno Lewis and should put up huge numbers if he gets protection from his offensive line.

From a talent standpoint, Hackenberg is one of the best quarterbacks in college football. If he can bring Penn State back to prominence, which I think he’ll do, he could be a strong candidate for the Heisman this upcoming season and a candidate to be the first quarterback taken in the 2016 NFL Draft.
