2. How much will the offense miss Chad Morris?

Last season the Clemson offense was among the best in the ACC and Chad Morris had a huge part in that. He developed a reputation of developing quarterbacks and coming up with game plans that best utilize his players in the most creative way possible. This year however, Morris is gone as he accepted the head coaching position at SMU, which means the Clemson offense will have to adjust to new co-coordinators Jeff Scott and Tony Elliott.

Both of these coaches are creative offensive minds, but it also remains to be seen if they have what it takes to become the coordinator Morris was. There is a big jump from coaching wide receivers and running backs, and setting up a game plan to counteract the opposing defensive coordinator. These coaches did a good job developing players, particularly Scott, who developed some good wide receivers at Clemson.

However there is more to the territory than that with coordinator and it will be on full display in the spring game. My gut says they will be fine, but you never know until game situations approach.
