Five Teams Better than the Alabama Crimson Tide for Braxton Miller to Transfer to

Bo Wallace is gone, and the Rebels are a year away from Shea Patterson. Isn’t Braxton Miller the perfect fit to fill the void for that year?
Miller will walk into a football team with an amazing defense, a coach in Hugh Freeze who can run elements of the spread offense, a plethora of skill players, and that was held back only by injuries and inconsistent quarterback play all last year.
Literally, the puzzle pieces could not fit better in this situation.
If Miller went to the Rebels, he could potentially start immediately. Ryan Buchanan has the slight edge to start at that position, but this is not Alabama. Freeze does not have the luxury of picking a tool at the position.
And Miller could easily beat out anybody on that roster at the position.
Miller is a quarterback who thrives with solid skill players around him and is a deadly dual-threat quarterback, and he can run the spread perfectly. Imagine him throwing the ball to a healthy Laquon Treadwell and Freeze working his magic with him.
It is extremely exciting to think about, and despite their extremely disappointing finish last year, they would be an immediate contender for the SEC this year.
They already have nearly the entire team back, and everybody is getting fully healthy after the injury bug bit, so the only real loss would be at quarterback. Miller’s arrival would turn that into an immediate upgrade over last year.
And it’s already been mentioned how much of a fit he’d be in Freeze’s system. So why not? It’s like the Football Gods are calling for this one.
And here is the last great reason for him to transfer: who does not want to see a Braxton Miller vs. Dak Prescott Egg Bowl?
