White’s skill set is full of talent, featuring bright spots everywhere. He’s fast as hell, tied for 3rd among wide receivers at the combine with a 4.35 40-yard dash time. His height and size are good for the position. He makes defenders work in almost every situation, and competes with defenders especially well when the ball is in the air.

He seems to always find ways to go and get the ball while beating coverage, and he’s got great hands to help him. All of his skills make for an elite-level wide receiver. Admittedly his talent is a bit unpolished as of right now, with some small issues in blocking and getting more yards. This rawness to his game proves to be the biggest thing setting him back from topping the last receiver on our list.

Kevin White

WR, West Virginia

With West Virginia’s Kevin White, we are now arriving at the top. It can get hard to distinguish between all the talented receivers when we get to this point, but White’s superb talent definitely assists in our decision-making.

In White’s amazing 2014 season, he assembled 109 receptions and 1,447 receiving yards, ranked 3rd and 6th in all of college football, respectively, which landed him in a finalist spot for the Biletnikoff Award.
