Luna Lovegood – Les Miles

Luna is everyone’s favorite eccentric little Ravenclaw. While she acts like her head’s in the clouds, she should not be underestimated. Les Miles’s approach to football is very similar.

Miles has cultivated a signature of making risky play calls. When other coaches would kick a field goal, Miles would fake it. While other coaches would play it safe on a fourth down, Miles would choose to go for it again and again and again. When faced with a guaranteed field goal that could send a game into overtime, Miles will instead risk it all with a touchdown attempt that could win the game.

Not every errant play call has gone Miles’s way, just as not every strange theory Luna shares about nargles or wrackspurts makes sense. But both Miles and Luna have the state of mind to go the road less traveled when no one else will even consider it.
