Week 1- Alabama vs Wisconsin at AT&T Stadium (Arlington, TX)

The opening weekend of the 2015 season features a few attractive matchups that will be played on a neutral field so there’s a strong chance GameDay won’t be on a college campus when the season kicks off.

Alabama and Wisconsin play in the Cowboys Classic at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX, Texas A&M and Arizona State will play in the AdvoCare Texas Kickoff at Houston’s Reliant Stadium and Louisville and Auburn play in the Chick-fil-A Classic in the Georgia Dome.

The first two games are scheduled to air on the ESPN network of channels which is a precursor now to host GameDay so that would seem to eliminate the Auburn-Louisville game and my preferred pick of Texas at Notre Dame.

How awesome would it be to see Touchdown Jesus in the backdrop and all the history that campus holds? With that game not televised on the ESPN networks it would be a near impossibility to see the show in South Bend, but we can dream, right?

So with Notre Dame not an option I think we see GameDay for the Alabama and Wisconsin game.
