3. Georgia Tech at Clemson – October 10

Though Clemson is ranked 12 in the preseason poll, winning against a division rival is much more important than defeating a higher ranked team – especially with a six difference in the rankings.

Clemson has one of the best offenses in the NCAA, led by quarterback Deshaun Watson. Although Watson is one of the best quarterbacks in college, he is one of the most injury prone. He suffered three injuries after taking over the starting job and tore his ACL. Returning will be no easy feat and may have a factor on his play in 2015.

Georgia Tech won the battle between these two teams in 2014, as Watson was forced out early in the game.

However, winning 28-6 and holding Clemson to 59 passing yards and no touchdowns is impressive and proves that evading the defense will be one of the major factors in this game.
