Rudolph now has a full offseason of preparation and support from both the offense and coaching staff under his belt, and could be a breakout player in the Big 12. He’s got great size and is a good decision maker, and could lead the Cowboys back to a bowl game in 2015.

Mason Rudolph

Quarterback, Oklahoma State

Rudolph stepped in for the injured JW Walsh last season, and hasn’t looked back since; being named the 2015 starter by head coach Mike Gundy before spring practice.

Rudolph perform well for a true freshman, completing 57% of his passes, with eight touchdowns and 853 yards, including 17-26 for 299 yards in a Cactus Bowl victory over the Washington Huskies. Not to slight former starter JW Walsh, but in all three of Rudolph’s starts, the Cowboys improved in both points-per-game (32) and yards-per-game (418.3).
