Jimbo Fisher is one of the biggest reasons that FSU is still the team to beat in the ACC. He has proven his ability to coach and develop talent time and time again, whether it be E.J. Manuel, or a young quarterback like Jameis Winston.

He has proven to be adept at scouting talent and continually reloading his team. Since Fisher was hired in 2010, the Seminoles have ranked in the top 10 in recruiting each year, and finished in the top-five three times. The ‘Noles remain a stacked football team year in and year out, and that helps to maintain distance between them and the rest of the ACC.

Fisher’s record alone speaks for itself. He has an impressive 58-11 career record since taking over the job at Florida State, including a title game victory over the Auburn Tigers capping a perfect season for the Seminoles. He has won three consecutive ACC championships, and will be looking to add another to that count this season.

With Fisher at the head of the team, the ‘Noles will continue to be in good hands, and will continue to be the team to beat for a very long time to come.
