One of the league’s top running backs, Dalvin Cook is suspended indefinitely after allegedly punching a women outside of a Tallahassee bar and is awaiting an Aug. 24 trial that could be over in one day. He has been removed from team activities until the trial is over, which he is confident will be ruled in his favor, maintaining his innocence since the beginning.

If he is returns to the team for the start of the 2015 season, he will be the second best running back in the ACC. Cook finished last year with 1,008 yards and eight touchdowns on just 170 attempts. He split carries in a crowded Florida State backfield, but quickly separated himself from the pack. He is very elusive and can get by defenses with ease.

Cook also caught 22 passes for 203 yards last season. Cook is a dominant half back and if given the opportunity to start, should prove his worth with another 1,000-plus yard season. If not, Mario Pender will soon find his way in the top 10 rankings.
