Luck completed 67 percent of his 1,064 pass attempts and threw for 9,430 yards and 82 touchdowns against just 22 interceptions. He also holds the record for touchdown passes in a season for the Cardinal, throwing for 37 touchdowns in his senior season. That broke his own record of 32, which he had set in his junior season.
He also holds the top two marks in Pac-12 history for completion percentage. The 71.3% he completed in his senior year broke his own record of 70.7 percent from the year before.
In 2011, Luck won the Maxwell Award, the Walter Camp Player of the Year Award, the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, and was the Heisman Trophy runner-up and a finalist for both the Davey O’Brien Award and the Manning Award. He was also the Pac-12 Player of the Year and was a First Team All-American.
He was the first overall draft pick in the 2012 NFL Draft, selected by the Indianapolis Colts. Since then he has been named to three Pro Bowls and led the NFL in passing touchdowns in 2014.
