Loser: Cardale Jones, Ohio State Buckeyes Quarterback

Cardale Jones hasn’t really played well since the start of the season, and has looked less than the invincible player we say carry the Buckeyes on his shoulders to a national championship and the end of last season.

Jones started the game against Northern Illinois very poorly, throwing two interceptions, causing Urban Meyer to bench him in favor of former starter J.T. Barrett.

Hey, it happens. This is what the game is about, you learn from your mistakes and try to improve the next time. Nobody is doubting Jones’ ability, he’s just got some work to be done on the field.

Oh yeah, and off the field too.

Jones has been in trouble for some of his tweets before, but this time is was more about what he put in his Twitter bio than any 140 character message he sent. Following the game on Saturday, Jones gave his Twitter bio a little update.

If you can’t read it, he changed it to “3rd String QB @ The Ohio State University. Oh Wait, 2nd String.”

After getting a toxic reaction from fans and followers, he changed it to a blank bio and then tried to cover his tracks.

OK, Cardale….you spin it however you like. Get off Twitter, dude. You’re only hurting yourself.
