Ohio State 20, Northern Illinois 13

Not much to say about his game other than the Ohio State offense is bad right now. Playing both Cardale Jones and J.T. Barrett may have disrupted the rhyme of the offense. Ohio State only picked up 298 yards and turned the ball over five times.

This performance was a huge surprise and I think Urban Meyer needs to stick with one quarterback. We have learned that oddsmakers overrated Ohio State’s offense. They were no were close to going over their total the last two games. That is reflected this week as the over/under is down to 58 against Western Michigan. The total against Northern Illinois was 67. Should be interesting to watch how the offense plays out in Columbus.
