Syracuse punter hurdles LSU defender on crazy fake field goal (Video)
Syracuse is trying to upset LSU and they’re pulling out all the stops, including running a successful fake field goal that had the Orange punter getting feisty.
The LSU Tigers looked like the best team in the country last weekend against Auburn when Leonard Fournette ran wild over the Tigers defense. However, this week has seen LSU get off to a slow start against the Syracuse Orange and are on upset alert, leading 7-3 at halftime.

It should be 7-6, however, after Syracuse missed a chip shot field goal to end the first half after the Orange dialed up a fake field goal that totally caught LSU by surprise.
Check out the Syracuse punter take the snap and run to the right sideline, hurdle the LSU defender and convert the first down and he got a little excited after the big play and had an emphatic fist pump that almost caught LSU safety Jamal Adams square in the helmet.
He narrowly missed, but Adams still tried to sell the call, because that’s what he does. But when’s the last time you saw someone in a No. 92 jersey, a punter for that matter, make a play like this and go all Edwin Moses on us and hurdle the defender?!
"This punter is FIESTY."
