9. Indiana (4-0)

Aren’t we all rooting for Indiana?

Now may be the time to join the Hoosiers bandwagon. Not much is expected here. Win six games and get to a bowl and everyone is happy.

The Hoosiers are 2/3 of the way there after defeating Wake Forest 31-24. The Demon Deacons aren’t real good. Wake’s offense is horrendous. The defense isn’t bad though and the Hoosiers are proving it can score against most teams again this year.

Nate Sudfeld is one of the Big Ten’s best quarterbacks and Jordan Howard has picked up where Tevin Coleman left off with games of 145, 159, 203 and 168 yards.

And I even have a good stat for the Indiana defense. The Hoosiers held Wake to 99 yards rushing. Wake’s run game is historically bad, but it still sounds impressive.

There is a slight upgrade in the schedule coming up real soon.
