  • No. 2 TCU at Kansas State
  • Point Spread: TCU -7

To say TCU hasn’t been tested yet would be an understatement. With the exception of their game against Texas Tech, the Horned Frogs have been dominant with blowout victories. Like the Red Raiders, their offense is capable of putting up big numbers week in and week out. The Boykin-Doctson connection is one of the best QB-WR tandems in the country.

TCU is also well coached and continues to recruit more and more away from the University of Texas. Head coach Gary Patterson has transformed this football team into one of the more elite programs in the country with great success over the last 5 years.

Success is no stranger to Bill Snyder either as the Hall of Famer has had so much success that they named the darn stadium after him. The Wildcats are 3-1 entering this Big 12 matchup on Saturday with TCU. Their only loss came on the road to Oklahoma State last week in a game that was won in the last 32 seconds.

Kansas State is no stranger to dishing out their fair share of upsets and it will take a TCU team running on all cylinders to escape Manhattan with the W. The key emphasis will be on the defense. So far, nobody has been able to slow down the TCU offense, a task Bill Snyder is eager to take on.
