  • Leonard Fournette may not have one of his typical games against the tough Gator defense, but LSU has better players on both sides of the ball, and an offense that is starting to find its groove.

The Gators also just lost redshirt freshman cornerback Deiondre Porter, who has been suspended indefinitely after an arrest that will result in several felony charges.

Jim McElwain has done a masterful job of bringing the Gators back to respectability this season, and this program will continue to grow under his leadership. Any losses to teams like LSU this year should simply be looked at as part of that growth process.
