Who would have that Utah would be the undefeated team heading into this matchup, let alone USC already having three losses.

This is a very intriguing game, because we’re all waiting to see if Utah is the real deal, and have picked against them for three straight weeks. This could very well be the game that USC uses to bounce back, and this could be the game that Utah drops. But the Utes have been a complete team all season long, powered by Devontae Booker on offense, the secondary on defense, and Britain Covey on special teams.

USC has the big play ability and speed to match Utah, it just depends on which team shows up. They looked inspired last week vs Notre Dame, despite all the drama that has gone down in Los Angeles this past week. But you have to think that they’re still prone to laying an egg like they did vs Washington.

This is a lose-lose situation for Utah. If they win, most will say that they should have won, USC is bad this year and Utah is the No. 4 ranked team in the nation. But if they lose, Utah will be mocked and labeled as overrated, with most saying that loss was a long time coming. Utah is the real deal this season, and they’ll prove the doubters wrong once again this week with a statement win in Los Angeles.
