Lane Kiffin – Alabama Offensive Coordinator

Lane Kiffin is going to be a head coach of a college football team again, and it may be sooner than you may think. In his second year as the offensive coordinator at Alabama, Kiffin showed he can work with quarterbacks without much natural talent like Blake Sims and Jake Coker and still win at a high level. Just imagine what he could do with a year or two with Brad Kaaya at Miami.

He would bring the confidence that Miami prides itself on. Just look at the national championship teams and the swagger and arrogance they played with. Miami needs to find that again and if it means going outside the program and hiring a personality like Kiffin, then so be it.

He’d keep the area’s top recruits in town and reignite the rivalry with Florida State and you just know he would get under the skin of Jimbo Fisher. That’s a good thing.
