Last Game: 34/47, 399 yards, 3 touchdowns
Josh Rosen led the UCLA Bruins in a big win at home on Thursday night. Their backs were against the wall, and they needed this win to avoid losing three straight Pac-12 games, downing any chance of winning the Pac-12 South.
It was a dominating performance by Rosen, and he attempted a career high 47 throws, but it all worked out, completing over 70 percent of his passes. Rosen was spreading the wealth against the California secondary, throwing to eight different receivers, having four receivers finish with five or more catches. Two of those receivers, went over 100 yards, and caught all three of Rosen’s touchdown lobs.
As a true freshman, Rosen has had his ups and down this season, but he’s bounced back from his bye week, and maybe it’s because of that hot tub in his dorm and the University of Arizona sorority girl who accompanied him.
