Aaron Burbridge has started this season off hot, terrorizing secondaries around the Big Ten and the nation. In fact, when matched up against the ninth scariest name on this list in Jourdan Lewis when Michigan State faced Michigan earlier this month, Burbridge had an amazing day, totalling nine catches and 132 yards. Not even Lewis could slow this monster of a receiver down.

On the season, Burbridge is tied for the Big Ten lead in receptions, with 52 catches, and leads the conference with 830 yards. He has five touchdown catches which is tied for third in the Big Ten.

It’s worth noting that Burbridge had eight catches for 156 yards and a season-high three touchdowns in that game against Air Force. Burbridge has also been an honorable mention all season long on ProFootballFocus.com‘s Top 10 Players in College Football list.

This coming week Michigan State will be facing off against Nebraska, who boasts the 91st ranked defense in the country, and the 125th worst (out of 127 teams) passing defense. The Huskers give up 321.1 yards per game through the air, so expect Burbridge to put up some more scary numbers on Saturday.
