For all the attention Baylor, TCU and Oklahoma have received this year in the conversation about who wins the Big 12, hardly anyone outside of Stillwater is talking about the Oklahoma State Cowboys running the table and winning the conference. Mike Gundy may prefer that for his team so they don’t get their egos inflated too much, but here we are and the Cowboys are unbeaten and control their destiny in the Big 12.

But I think this is a week where the Cowboys could be vulnerable. The Texas Tech Red Raiders can score on just about anyone, so they won’t be intimidated by the Oklahoma State pass rush that is second in the nation with 28 sacks. Texas Tech may be making a change at quarterback to Davis Webb after Patrick Mahomes threw four interceptions in the loss to Oklahoma.
Despite all that uncertainty at the most important position and against a team with a ferocious pass rush and a dangerous offense, I think Oklahoma State is due for a loss, so going with the gut and picking the Red Raiders to pull off a shocker.
