Not the most impressive showing for Paxton Lynch this weekend against Tulane, but the Tigers finished strong to come away with the win to remain undefeated. Only one touchdown, which matches his season low from Week One with Missouri State, where he only attempted 12 passes in a 63-7 win.
Navy, Houston, Temple, and SMU remain on their schedule, and if Lynch can keep the Tigers 12-0, he would be a lock for the Heisman trophy presentation. With that schedule, he’s done about all he could and dominated in every game.
It’s been a while since we’ve seen a mid-major product hit the streets of New York, showing off a very similar style of NIU’s Jordan Lynch (no relation).
