Washington State is good and Colorado is not. This will likely be the most lopsided game of the weekend in the Pac-12. While competitive, Colorado just can’t finish and Washington State has their foot on the gas pedal for all 60 minutes, and never let up and are alive in the North division title race.
Expect Colorado to hang in the first half, probably a 14-7 game toward the end of the second quarter, but once the second half progresses it will be all Cougars.
The air-raid offense will tire out this Colorado defense, and easily cover this spread. I was honestly surprised that this spread wasn’t higher, possibly around the 22-point mark. Even then, I would say Cougars over the Buffaloes.
It’s amazing to think that Washington State would be an eight-win team at that point with a chance for one more vs Washington to end the season.
