12. Rutgers Scarlet Knights (4-7, 1-6)

The Scarlet Knights have a legitimate opportunity to finish 2015 on a winning streak after a 31-21 victory over 2-9 Army and a closing date vs 2-9 Maryland. Rutgers held off the Knights despite giving up 262 yards rushing and being outgained 401-359. Army held the ball for almost 34 minutes. The Scarlet Knights came back from 25 points down to knock off a much better Terps team in the 2014 regular season finale.

11. Indiana Hoosiers (5-6, 1-6)

Finally, the Hoosiers broke into the win column in conference play with a 47-28 victory at Maryland. After so many impressive showings and near misses against the likes of Ohio State, Michigan and Michigan State, the Hoosiers faced a team they could handle and that it did. Nate Sudfeld threw for 385 yards and four touchdowns as I.U. racked up 555 yards total offense. Now Indiana can make postseason play for just the second time since 1993 with a win over rival Purdue.
