Josh Rosen is about to put his team in contention for a Pac-12 Championship title. They snuck up on everybody, as it was mainly Utah and USC in the hunt for the Pac-12 South. I said UCLA had little to no chance at making a run because of the true freshman’s experience under center, but here they are one win away from their rivals from making the Pac-12 title game.
In a play-in game for the Pac-12 Championship Game, UCLA is coming off a big win vs. Utah, and will need another big game vs. USC. The way USC is playing lately, you have to like UCLA’s chances going in. Somehow barely cracking the top 25, UCLA is a very good team, and their three losses, ASU, Stanford and Washington State, aren’t the worst in the top 25, especially when you consider some teams ahead of them.
