USC is not looking good as we approach the end of the season. They were once in the driver’s seat for the Pac-12 South, and now they’ve opened the race back up to UCLA, with their backs against the wall. The winner here advances to represent the Pac-12 South in Pac-12 Championship Game vs Oregon.
Personally, I think UCLA wins big in this one, marking it as their fifth straight win over USC. They’re also a better matchup to Stanford I feel, just because I feel like their offense can last in a shootout, where USC has been super inconsistent this season.
USC is favorite here, and I would just take UCLA straight up, so that’s nice. Maybe if USC wasn’t stumbling towards the end of the season, this would seem like it could be a close game. But even with the rivalry feel, at home, I can’t see the Trojans beating UCLA. In order to do, they must get pressure on Rosen and attack him.
